Eligibility
You should apply if you can answer “yes” to these questions.
- Do you buy, sell or deliver services on your own account, in your own name?
- Do you have regular international payments — incoming or outgoing — not just occasional transfers?
- Is your annual cross-border flow approximately USD 250,000 or more?
- Does your business operate today through a patchwork of bank, multi-currency app, spreadsheet and manual records?
- Would a one-to-three-day payment delay or a 2–4% foreign-exchange loss cost you real money?
Not eligible
SUPA is not suitable for the following.
- Marketplaces and platforms with seller payouts.
- Escrow services and remittance businesses.
- Pure intermediaries forwarding third-party funds.
- Heavy-crypto trading desks, custodians and mixers.
- Local-only micro-businesses without cross-border activity.
- Businesses requiring API-only access — SUPA is portal-based today.
- Anyone seeking to operate multiple self-service businesses inside one account.
