Business Setup

Your international operation — ready to run.

A SUPA Business Setup is one managed workspace configured around one core international activity: trade, sourcing, project delivery or cross-border services. You do not register a separate legal entity; you do not assemble five financial providers. You receive one operating workspace with the financial and administrative infrastructure already connected.

Inside your Business Setup

One connected operating perimeter.

Registered business

A Cayman Islands business under SUPA SPC (Reg. No 430549). SUPA acts as the official issuer and registrar; your registration documents are signed under qualified electronic signature and publicly verifiable. You receive a brand-friendly business identifier you can share with your team.

Multi-currency accounts

Ten currencies live: USDC plus US Dollar, Euro, Nigerian Naira, Brazilian Real, Mexican Peso, Colombian Peso, Argentine Peso, Ghanaian Cedi and Zambian Kwacha. Per-currency requisites: account number, IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, CLABE, CVU, PIX key.

Mastercard issuing

Virtual and physical Mastercards from our issuing partner. Seventeen card designs. Real-time settlement. Per-team-member spending controls. ATM, contactless, e-commerce, online subscriptions.

Card acceptance

Branded payment pages with email receipts. One-time or reusable. Card-entry forms; the funds settle into your business directly.

Cross-border payments

Send funds in nine fiat currencies through local rails where supported (PIX, CLABE, CVU, Mobile Money, IBAN, SWIFT and sort/routing).

USDC across five networks

On-chain USDC on Ethereum, Arbitrum, Polygon, Solana and BNB Chain. Auto-sweep on incoming fiat: deposits convert to USDC and settle inside your workspace automatically.

Currency exchange

Convert any supported pair at live rates. Decimal arithmetic with banker’s rounding. A quote endpoint lets you check the rate before committing.

Invoices and signed documents

Multi-currency, multi-line invoices, quotes, credit notes and receipts. Every PDF is rendered, hashed and signed under qualified electronic signature with full legal effect; verifiable at supa.red/veri.

Reporting

Per-currency balances, transaction history, FX records and signed exports for your accountant or auditor.

Compliance and security

Embedded KYC and KYB, two-factor authentication via SMS, encrypted document storage, immutable transaction ledger.

How it works

From application to operational — in days.

1

Apply

Tell us what you do, where you buy and sell, how you earn margin and which currencies you use. The application takes five to ten minutes.

2

Principal check

We confirm you operate as a principal: buying, selling or delivering services on your own account. We do not serve conduits, marketplaces, escrow or remittance.

3

Verification

Identity and address documents are uploaded and reviewed. Most applications are reviewed within one business day.

4

Workspace setup

We register your Business Setup under SUPA SPC, provision your accounts and issue your first virtual Mastercard the same day.

5

Operate

Send invoices. Accept card payments. Pay suppliers. Convert currencies. Issue cards for your team. Generate signed reports.

Important boundaries

What a Business Setup is — and is not.

Business Setup is

A managed workspace inside SUPA SPC for one cross-border activity. Connected accounts, cards, FX, payment acceptance and signed documents. Compliance and operations handled by SUPA.

Business Setup is not

A separate legal entity registered in your name. A bank deposit account. An escrow service. A remittance provider. A marketplace payout product. A self-service multi-business platform. Tax, legal or accounting advice. A client API product.

A note on Cayman

Incorporation only — regulatory standing sits in Canada and Hong Kong.
